Who We Are

Having travelled from Scotland, Anne and Alan Dickson  first launched their restaurant in Wales, United Kingdom. Little did they know then that their business would lead them to launching and managing a number of hotels, restaurants and catering businesses over the span of 25 years. In 2007, the Dickson’s relocated their family to the Niagara region where they opened PigOut Catering, the first roasting Spe­cial Event Caterer in Niagara. Today, the company has serviced more than 5,000 + events across Niagara and Hamilton. With the demand for elite fine dining catering service, PigOut Catering recently launched Catering Niagara with a strong focus on farm-to-table and mouth watering culinary offerings. The established event catering company continues to focus on creating magical moments while tantalizing your taste buds whether it be for a special event, corporate event or your wedding day.


Meet Luke & Joe, our award-winning chefs who share a passion for food, design and the community. Luke, a Red Seal Certified Chef has 15 years of culinary expertise and knowledge having worked for hotels and award-winning restaurants. Joe provides over 25 years of corporate & conference culinary experience. Together, this duo head the kitchen team and shine the spotlight on locally grown culinary findings that go into their  Niagara inspired creations.
