Meet The Team

What makes us different?

  • Only the finest fresh ingredients are incorporated into our menus, including AAA Beef, Ontario pork, local all-natural chickens, and fresh Niagara produce.

  • All dishes are prepared from scratch with no flavour enhancers. Special diets are catered for, and with the exception of our pasta dishes and croutons, everything is gluten-free.

  • All of our staff are professionally trained and genuinely care! We do not use agency staff, and every member of our team is engaged to ensure the success of your event. 


Led by Anne Dickson, herself a trained Chef with over 30 years of experience operating large hospitality events in both the UK and Canada. Her dedication to excellence in customer service drives her team to ensure the success of every event.
