​Founded in 2007, Catering Niagara and its BBQ Division, Pigout, pioneered mobile event catering in Niagara and has since become a cornerstone of the catering industry.

With roots in launching hotels, restaurants, and catering ventures since 1990 in Scotland, Alan and Anne Dickson lead our passionate team of over 40 event and culinary professionals.

Our roster includes Red Seal Chefs and expert Event Planners dedicated to making every event—from holiday dinners to corporate functions—an unparalleled success.
